Returns & Refunds


Returning your parts is easy! 

We have a 30-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.  

If you decide that you would like a return or exchange, we will make every effort to assist in that with minimal cost and time impact to keep projects on budget and on schedule.  Items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.  Some brands or parts are assembled per order, and may require a re-stocking fee for returns.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

To request a return or exchange, simply contact us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item numbers and quantities to be returned
  • Reason for return / exchange

If a return / exchange request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Incorrect or Damaged Parts

Upon receipt of your parts, please inspect for defects, damage, or incorrect items.  Please contact us immediately if any of these issues are found so that we can evaluate the problem and take quick corrective action.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund if approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  It can take time for a credit to be reflected on your credit card or bank account, but you can contact us at any time for a status update on a refund.
